According to the trip plan we've received, I set up a google calendar here to make it easier to understand what we'll be doing, where and when. This way each team can also see how to fit their working needs with the established programme. The times are just indicative, we can always make amendments to the document.
Unfortunately, the shared the document appears all in the same color; I had color coded the activities to make it easier to understand, but I think you'll see them all blue.. Also, when you open the calendar will probably have to set the day to 18 July instead of "today", and "week view" (top right). Sorry, some technical difficulties with google calendar...
